With AZ Home Watch Services in Lake Havasu, your home will be visited and visually inspected weekly, monthly, or on your preferred schedule. Our home visits include:
Home Interior Walk-Through
- A/C & heating temperatures are set to your specifications within the home and garage.
- Visual examination for leaks present in rooms throughout the home.
- The dishwasher is run on a monthly basis to ensure functionality remains intact.
- Hot and cold valves for all faucets are turned on to prevent sewer gas from backing up in the house.
- Toilets are flushed to keep functionality intact and validate there are no leaks.
- Water buckets are filled to keep moisture in the house for maintenance of cabinetry and furniture.
- Ceiling lights are working.
- The refrigerator is examined for leaks and is running properly.
- Ensures electric water heaters are turned off at the breaker.
- Checks for signs of pests, including rodents and termites.
- Reviews softener, hot water heater, and RO connection
- Activates alarm (if applicable).
Home Exterior Review
- Collects mail and newspapers and removes solicitations
- Visually inspects landscaping and provides recommendations
- Examines windows and doors for signs of vandalism or damage
- Checks for signs of pests, including rodents and termites
- Reviews water meter readings
- Examines the pool for water levels and accumulation of debris (if applicable)
- Visual inspection of the roof from the ground level will be conducted to examine if there is any obvious damage.
AZ Home Watch Services LLC, will conduct a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of your home for obvious issues or concerns that may occur while you are away. We offer weekly, bi-monthly or monthly services and can tailor the inspection list to your needs (though weekly inspections are recommended).
Concierge Services
AZ Home Watch Services is here to provide you with service and convenience. As needed, we can meet service vendors/contractors, accept large deliveries, alarm response, help locked out guests, and much more. Leaving a key with a neighbor isn’t ideal as they may not be available when needed, or if you just aren’t comfortable giving your neighbors that responsibility, and providing them open access to your home and possessions. Any situations requiring the use of your key will be handled in a secure and professional manner.

He can also work with any contractor or service provider and ensure the job is getting done correctly. We’ll meet and monitor service providers or repairmen at your home. We offer an affordable solution to give you peace of mind, being your eyes, monitoring while you can’t.
